Sometimes as girls its hard not think about how we look all the time. We are constantly thinking about how our hair looks and if our outfit matches. While there is nothing wrong with looking presentable we need to focus on God more than ourselves. I have trouble with this too and I need constant reminding. Please read the verse above again and really think about it. I hope as you go through your day you will think about that verse. It doesn't matter if your friends think your pretty, God knows you are beautiful and that is all that matters.
Love <3 1 Peter 3:3-6 says "Your beauty should not come from outward adornment such as braided hair and the wearing of gold jewelry and fine clothes. Instead it comes from your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in Gods sight." And that has encouraged me allot with this topic :)
